Reviews, complaints and appeals
If you disagree with a decision made by the Queensland Department of Education and Training (DET) on any school-based apprenticeship or traineeship (SAT) matter, you can:
-
request a review of the decision by your local office of Training Queensland
-
refer the matter to the training ombudsman
-
lodge an appeal with the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
