If you experience problems with your school-based apprenticeship or traineeship (SAT), there are people who can help you. There are also processes that may need to be followed: 

Changing, completing, cancelling
Assistance with issues which may arise relating to changing, completing or cancelling a school-based apprenticeship or traineeship (SAT).

Solving problems
If you identify a problem, there are strategies available to help you solve the issue.

Reviews, complaints and appeals
If you disagree with a decision on any school-based apprenticeship or traineeship (SAT), there are avenues for reviewing complaints and appeals.

The training ombudsman
The training ombudsman can assist by receiving and reviewing complaints.
