How to employ an apprentice or trainee
There a five steps you must take to employ an apprentice or trainee:
Step 1: Choose the right apprenticeship or traineeship
Step 2: Find the right person
Step 3: Choose a training provider
Step 4: Complete the paperwork
Step 5: Use probation to be sure
