working with your local Indigenous Employment Training Managers Program representative to identify and create sustainable employment and training opportunities for Indigenous people.

finding out about The Indigenous Employment Policy for Queensland Government Building and Civil Construction Projects (20% Policy), a policy that requires that 20% of the employment hours on government construction projects in designated Indigenous communities and shires are dedicated to employment and training opportunities for local Indigenous people.
